Armitage Shanks

Much to my amazement, I've just found out that south-eastern punk band Armitage Shanks (not to be confused with the toilet porcelain manufacturer who have ripped off their name) are still going. Clearly blessed with the finest band-name ever in the entire history of band-names, they may or may not be much cop. I don't suppose any of you have any idea?

I remember seeing one of their records on sale a few years ago and greatlyslightly regret not buying it. It is possible that I might remedy this in the near future.

I have no idea.

I still prefer Flux Of Pink Indians as a band name, but yes, Armitage Shanks is pretty good. I remember the name, but nothing more.

Same here, although a favour "Flaphammer" as a band name (but then I *was* in a band called "Timmy Mallett's Felching Helmet" at one stage (not my fault, that one...it was the guitarist!)
