Pictures from last week are here.

Enjoy. All taken on a Rollei 35LED, FWIW, 40mm fixed lens, mostly 125th/s and f/11-22, 200ASA print film.

I must get a visit in to Rosslyn on a sunny day while I can, it always goes misty and gloomy when I'm there. I like it like that but you get better pictures of the building details and windows in the sun.

When you say 'holiday' you mean 'girlfriend', then? ;)

I'm not in a lot more of the ones you didn't scan too.

Wow! Banchory. I spent 18 months at Aboyne - just up the valley.

I spent my teenage years in Banchory and my parents still live there. When were you in Aboyne?

I was there from Sep 93 to Jan 95. So much snoooowwww. Still get up there twice a year. Great curries in Banchory - until we got kicked out and had to go down Union St.

Is that the place in the High Street, above some other shops? I haven't been there for years, but it used to be good.

Don't know if you've noticed, but I think someone is following you. Look carefully, and you'll see the same face turning up again and again, like a dream. Hmmm...

Following him? I think it's quite clear that he's stalking me...

In reply to both you and zotz: do you know what i really see in those images? My original comment should give you some clue, Mr C.
It occurred to me today while I was modelling: the series of images of you, zmg, remind me very strongly of La Jetée. Something about the way you look in the images, the composition, the total collection... yeah.

Make of this what you will.

I haven't seen that, but I've just read the imdb description and it sounds worth watching.

Graham has it on tape, if I recall. And if you're ever down south (waaaaay down south) I have it as an avi.

I think you would enjoy it, based solely on the fact that you clearly appear to like Wings of Desire (or is that just because of a young nick cave? :p).

Ah, well I'll see it next time I visit then.

I love Wings of Desire, and not just because of Nick. It's got Rowland and Blixa in it too... Nah, seriously it is my very favourite film. I have wondered if I'd like it as much without that soundtrack though.

You should also make sure ZMG sees those Hal Hartley movies because, really, everyone should :)
