King Tut's in Glasgow claims to have Ned's Atomic Dustbin playing in December. Is there some conspiracy of late-eighties/early-nineties bands to quietly reform without telling anyone? Who's next, Mega-City Four?

Actually, if anyone knows any ex-members of The Cateran, could they give them a nudge . . . ?

[They seem to have a website exactly where you'd expect, but there's not much on it. London, Sheffield and Wolverhampton gis around the same time, and a cd called "Sessions" out this week.]

on my wish list ...

As far as I'm concerned, Ned's not telling anybody they've re-formed is a Good Thing.

That's a band I really hated!

The Cateran - that's a name I'd forgotten! I have some of their demo tapes somewhere, if you would like to hear them.

I'll dig them out when I get back from Whitby.
