What is the relationship between Khushi of Broughton Street, Khushi's Diner of West Nicolson Street (site currently down for some reason - it was fine yesterday), and Khushi's of Victoria Street (closed for rebuilding after a fire, still), Dunfermline and Stirling, and formerly of Potterrow, Lothian Street and Drummond Street?

All but the Broughton Street one are the same family. The Broughton Street one might be relatives, but the businesses hived off years ago if they are. Pastor Best knows...

I've always been curiouys about that too.. I thought Khushis of Victoria St ex Infirmary St moved to W Nicolson St after the fire? and maybe Broughton St not related at all?

ps I am also curious if the W Nicolson premises are where Maxies used to be?and if so why Maxies moved to much inferior premises in Victoria Terrace?? ah Embra!

Oddly, the Khushi's in Dunfermline (which is sadly not as good as the Edinburgh version) also managed to set itself on fire recently.
