For what it's worth, the skydiving Elvis impersonators call themselves "Flying Elvises." This works if we assume it's the same declension as penis, for which penises is an acceptable plural (if I'm reading my condensed OED correctly... "penises" could be an acceptable plural for penitent, I suppose, but that would raise all sorts of issues, one might think).

From your list above, if we assume this declines like penis, where the accepted plurals are penises and penes, Elves would be correct.

Somewhere, my first Latin teacher, Mrs. Sample, is spinning fast enough in her grave that we could stick magnets on her and illuminate Chicago for a week.

Apparently (well, according to the Wikipedia, at least) the name Elvis comes from Old English, so referring to Latin or Greek plurals should only be done for amusement value.
