Dick Dale revisited.

zotzFiona informed me earlier that the esteemed Mr Dale is inn session on the radio show of the esteemed Mr Peel on Thursday.
Certainly not the first session he's done for this program, the legendary Dick Dale is back with us once again. It all started in the 50's when Dick invented Surf Guitar. Shortly after that, he met Leo Fender, the guitar and amplifier Guru, and Leo asked Dale to play his new creation, the Fender Stratocaster Electric Guitar. The minute Dale picked up the guitar, Leo Fender broke into uncontrolled laughter and disbelief, he was watching Dale play a right handed guitar upside down and backwards, Dale was playing a right handed guitar left handed and changing the chords in his head then transposing the chords to his hands to create a sound never heard before. And he's still here doing his thing to this day.
