A very good point, and one I must live by in general.

In this case . . . the quota had expired by the first time I myself had looked at it. Must be a starting-out thing. It's worth following the link for the picture of Nik, though.

I have a wide-angle adaptor (the exact opposite of a teleconvertor) which makes my wide-angle lens a semi-fisheye. Much fun. I used it a lot for a while . . . and really, I ought to still use it whenever possible.

One of the problems with digital cameras is that, for technical reasons, they're not going to do wide-angle stuff well any time soon.

Well, we did disappear to London for six months immediately after the wedding, so you couldn't have got the photos to us then. :o)
