I can't make updates to this of any more than a few lines (as you can probably tell by the obviously incomplete last post). Anyone any ideas?

What client are you using? Or just the webgui? I have found the webgui to be pretty robust, so maybe that's a stopgap solution...

Are there any odd characters in your post?

How interesting...

[livejournal.com profile] stonehan has the same problem. She gets it with both IE and Mozilla, on a Sony Vaio laptop running W2K, with an NTL broadband connection. With IE the failure you get is "cannot find server", with Mozilla clicking on post does nothing. She has the same problem at other sites (particularly hotmail). I am completely baffled by it.

Do you have anything in common with that setup?

How queer! Maybe support can help?

I've been using logjam through NTL for several months with no problems. And I'm pretty sure the web client has worked with Mozilla (0.9.9) though the same connection.

The non-web clients still talk HTTP (I looked briefly into writing one), so they would still use a "transparent" proxy. Yep, bet it's that. Any info you have on disabling it will be gratefully passed onto Hannah.

Yep. And through a house firewall/router.
