However, I got off work early because a power failure took the fileserver down.
Quiet couple of days. Been listening to some Robin Hitchcock. I have to buy various records, including some of his.
Tuesday was non-Calling and so we went to the pub instead. Well, some of us did. yesterday I worked and then hung around the house. Today looks to be the same. I will try to do some reading, I think, and maybe listen to some more music.
I'm not best pleased by the weather forecast. I'm going into London to see a friend, and thunderstorms are in the offing. This wouldn't be as bad if it were any other friend. It should be fun, though. I've only seen her once in the last six or seven years. That was when I bumped into her randomly at a club in London - we were both sheltering from a truly dreadful band (Christian Death) in a small coffee room at the back.
